Ultimately the manager altered our bill by taking off over 50% and gave me a free dessert.
At that point I was upset about my dinner being ruined because we had plans to go out afterward. We ultimately ended up speaking to a manger who told us our slip didn?t make it or was lost in the kitchen. Of course we asked our server for updates at least 2 times (as we had somewhere to be that evening after dinner) and she had gave an estimated time and then disappeared. There were parties who were seated after us who received their meals before we did.
But we didn?t receive entrees until 10:22pm.
2 of the people in my party ordered sushi rolls as appetizers and those came out rather quick (9:28pm). Our drinks arrived at a decent time and we placed our food order at 8:48pm. The reservation was for 9 people at 8:15pm on May 13, we did arrive late (but I called the restaurant and let them know, traffic, Ubers) but we arrived within the 15 minute grace period of the reservation. I made a reservation in April because I wanted to have a group dinner while we were in town for a festival.
